Cumberland UMC Building Usage Policies

Looking for a place to host your next event? Cumberland United Methodist Church offers a welcoming and versatile facility for your gatherings. To request use of our building, please complete the online application or download and mail the Building Usage Form PDF to our church office. Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted with the status of your request.

Reservation and Deposit

Approved applications require a $100 security deposit at the time of booking, along with half of the rental fee. The security deposit is refundable, provided no damage occurs during the event.

Room Accommodations:

• Multipurpose Room: Up to 200 people
• Fellowship Hall: Up to 50 people
• Classroom Space: 5 to 15 people

Fee Structure:

• $200: Room rental (4-hour minimum) + custodial services, security, setup, and teardown
• $150: Use of warming kitchen (only available with the Multipurpose Room or Fellowship Hall)
• $50 per hour: Sports events + security and custodial services (1-hour minimum)
• $25 per hour: Meetings with fewer than 25 people (1-hour minimum)
• $40 per hour: Setup/Tear Down
• $60 flat fee: Custodial services
• $15 per hour: Security services (for the duration of the event)
